Amsterdam Quality Manager

JetSupport is a leading provider of technical services and support to business aviation and special purpose aircraft, dedicated to ensuring maximum availability, safety, and reliability of our clients’ aircraft. To further expand our Amsterdam team, we are inviting candidates to apply for the full-time position of Quality Manager. Your day-to-day will include overseeing and ensuring the quality provided by JetSupport. This includes implementing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and leading a team of professionals. This Postholder position expects you to want to be the best.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for business jet maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead a team of professionals and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Continuously monitor and improve quality metrics to enhance overall maintenance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma black belt.
  • Proven experience in quality management within the aviation industry, preferably in private jet maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
