Job Description

As a Senior Administrator (Accounts Payable), you are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the accounts payable administration for JetSupport Europe (total group). You are the specialist within the AP process and play a key role in improving, structuring and professionalising the financial administration. With your expertise and ambition, you will grow into a direct sparring partner of the CFO.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Processing, checking and matching purchase invoices (PO and non-PO).
  • Monitoring payment terms, cash flow and supplier agreements.
  • Coordinating approval workflows and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable overviews and monthly reports.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements, including digitalisation and automation.
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers, internal budget holders and auditors.
  • Contributing to broader financial administrative processes (AR, GL, VAT).
  • Supporting the CFO over time with controlling activities, analyses, planning and decision-making.

What we ask:

  • MBO+ / HBO level of education in Finance, Accountancy or Business Economics.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable administration, preferably in a technical or logistics environment.
  • At least 32 hours a week.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with ERP systems (Exact Online, ODOO and Blue10).
  • Excellent command of Excel; analytically strong.
  • Proactive attitude, accuracy and strong communication skills.
  • Ambition to grow into the role of the CFO’s right hand.
